This Trade Can Deliver Income of More Than 60%
Income is a return on an investment. Some investors pursue income in standard ways. They may expect interest income from a bank savings account or certificates of deposit to provide income. Fixed income investments in the markets include bonds, Treasury notes and high yield bonds.

High yield bonds, often called junk bonds, can deliver what many investors consider to be high income. Exchange traded funds that track junk bond indexes include SPDR Bloomberg Barclays High Yield Bd ETF (JNK). That ETF offers a yield of more than 5%, more than double the yield available on many Treasuries.
While this is considered a good level of income in the current market environment, we explain that higher levels of income are available in our latest article, and we include an example using recent market data that shows income of more than 60% is possible.
This level of income is available for an investment of about $125. This investment opportunity carries a degree of risk and is in fact riskier than junk bonds. Of course, junk bonds are riskier than Treasury bonds and that is why they offer such a high yield. Higher income will almost always require accepting a higher level of risk.
