Litecoin (LTC) | | Litecoin is slowly bootstrapping on the Lightning Network and has recently passed 100 active nodes. According to 1ML.com, which measures the network's growth, there are now 104 nodes on the Lightning network, a six percent increase over the past month. It has a market cap of over $2.27 billion, a circulating supply of over 59.9 million and has traded over $672 million in the last 24 hours according to CoinMarketCap.com.
LTC/USD broke out of an inverted head and shoulders price pattern over the weekend as it closed above the neckline at $36.850. The potential target, based on the formation, is the range from the first high to the lowest low at the head then added to the neckline. In this case the target is $48.000. A potential stop could be placed below $36.000.
