It's taken me more than two decades to perfect my put-selling formula. And today, you can get all the knowledge in just five minutes...

That's a pretty darn good deal!

It hasn't been an easy journey. Experimenting by losing money is never fun. But it's a necessary evil if you're going to succeed in the long run.

Since The War Room began, I have shown our members how to sell puts successfully. My goal was to win 80% of the time. That number wasn't plucked out of thin air. It was the track record I amassed over several years of covered call writing.

So what do covered calls have to do with put sells?

They are essentially one and the same but in reverse. When you sell calls, you already own the stock and are collecting premiums. When you sell puts, you are collecting premiums upfront (the same premiums) but don't own the stock yet.

The other major difference is margin, and that makes put selling much more profitable than covered call writing, as you are using only 15% or 20% of your capital as collateral versus 100%. I use both strategies in The War Room, as not all stocks are ideal for put selling.

For example, dividend-paying stocks. When you sell covered calls, you own the stock, and that means you can collect the dividends too. When you sell puts, you don't own the stock and are not entitled to the dividends.

So far, since the inception of The War Room two years ago, I have averaged around two put sells per month. And the track record of those put sells is a 100% win rate on every closed position. Yes, a perfect record!

And my put-selling strategy beat the S&P 500... Yes, you heard that right. In fact, I did it over and over again with each trade - by a wide margin. Check it out!

While my marketing team loves that, so do our members. I am quick to point out that 100% is not a sustainable record. And I will take 80% ANY DAY of the week! But in a bull market, when stocks are going straight up, put selling is a great strategy and great numbers are easier to achieve.

But what about in a down market?

What happens when the inevitable occurs?

Well, in my opinion, that's when things get even better.

By using my formula, even if we get hit by a sudden correction, things will usually turn out okay.

Think about it for a second. My track record includes the crash in 2020.

But in a bear market, stocks trade lower, and during volatile periods, they can whipsaw ordinary investors.

Action Plan: For put sellers, there could not be a more ideal scenario to make money. I have made more money selling puts in down markets than at any other time.

And that's due to a time-tested formula I use with real-world results - no back-testing! Tomorrow, I'm going to share that formula with you and show you exactly how to sell puts!

Yours in smart speculation,
