Central bank liquidity continues to flow into the financial system. The latest CPI is screaming that the Fed should tighten credit by tapering QE and setting a short-term interest rate hike schedule. No one knows when the next substantial correction will occur, but it is not a question of if it is coming but when. Last week, legendary trader Stanley Druckenmiller said, "I can't find any period in history where monetary and fiscal policy were this out of step with the economic circumstances, not one...I will be surprised if we're not out of the stock market by the end of the year, just because these bubbles can't last that long." He called the level in markets across all asset classes a "mania."

Hey Todd,
I told you that I’m a tax accountant, and due to some poor planning, I have to work late this week, and won’t be live tomorrow. However, I wanted to tell you that the hedge account did a heck of a job today. As you said there will be a day you will be happy when the market tanks, and today I saw it happen. It didn’t even end the day off that much, but I made out like a bandit this morning. Thanks so much for the sacrifices you make for this course.
