There's been plenty of freak weather recently. Between Tropical Storm Fred's "near miss" and Tropical Storm Henri, plenty of people need to make some repairs to their homes.

You know what that means? 

There may be profit potential on the companies producing the materials needed for these repairs.

Yes, profiting at someone else's expense isn't cool…

But profiting indirectly on the companies helping people in a natural disaster's aftermath isn't bad. Without these companies, affected people would be out of luck.

However, there's a caveat to these opportunities…

And if you don't pay attention to this, any profit potential could dry up real fast. But if you do… you could minimize any downside risk and maximize that profit potential.
