Money in the bank

Or should I say, "the banks"

Hey There,

It's October, you know what that means!

It's earnings season once again!

I know, it feels like just yesterday that we ended last earnings season, and now, here we go again.

As always, with earnings, the banks are up first.

Let's talk a bit about what to expect.

(Tomorrow!) Market Council with Wall Street Legend!

Tomorrow, I have the special privilege of sitting down with 37-year market legend Jack Carter…

For what we're calling the State of the Market Council!

In this special event, Jack and I will discuss why the time for successful stock picking is more important than ever…

And we'll demystify the strategy that has climbed over 1,200% since May 2020… winners AND losers.

And, if you sign up with your mobile number now, you can get a FREE watchlist of some of my favorite stocks this week sent right to your phone!

JPMorgan kicks off earnings on Wednesday.

Then we see Bank of America and CitiGroup.

If we look specifically at JPM's chart, we could be seeing something interesting potentially materialize.

Yesterday, we saw a BIG pullback from recent highs as earnings pressure pushed the stock downward.

We should watch for that trend to continue this week.

If we see a continued pullback, and especially if we see a gap down after earnings, we could look for a gap fill or a move back upwards to regains some of those losses.

It should take some time, but those kinds of trade setups are important to watch as earnings draw closer.

I'll be chatting over a lot more of that with Jack on Wednesday, so I hope you can make it out.

Happy trading,

Markay Latimer
