Outperforming Tech Sends U.S. Stocks Higher By Emma Duncan Share On Stocks are comfortably higher in afternoon trading, as bond yields continue to stabilize, and optimism grows surrounding the upcoming U.S.-China trade talks set for Thursday in Beijing.
