💳 Option traders eyeing bullish bets on Silver and TIPS using ETFs. What are they telling us about looming inflation?

Good morning. Over the past couple weeks, there have been some rather large bullish bets being made in the options market using SLV and TIP. These are ETFs that track silver and Treasury Inflation Protected Securities (TIPS).

It's interesting that inflation fear trades are building at a time when so much malaise is spread over the world. However, when you consider the amount of stimulative action by the Federal Reserve and the U.S. government, it may not be a mystery at all.

Stocks finished higher by 7.03, as the $2640 resistance was broken.
Oil prices fell 7.30%, despite production cuts moving closer to reality.
Gold prices rose 3.50%, as more traders start to price in potential inflation in coming months.
Cryptocurrencies traded higher, with Bitcoin finishing 7.5% higher closing at $7310.
