Hi Trader,
Humans and computers simply can't see the future.
No trick, technique, or tactic can tell you with 100% certainty what a stock (or anything else) will do.
But there's one way you can come pretty darn close.
Let me explain:
Say a CEO or director throws half a million into their company stock.
That's a lot of cash, but they can afford it, right?
Well, people with all that wealth don't need huge profits — they can afford to put their millions into some stable, income-producing assets and coast on through life.
In fact, many wealthy people do just that.
They don't care about making another $10k profits if they're worth, say, $50 million.
They'd rather preserve their piles of money than risk it all to eke out a bit more profits.
So why dump so much money into one stock?
Isn't that extremely risky? After all, regular people (who have less $$$ to lose) are told to diversify in case one asset crashes.
Couldn't these wealthy individuals lose their money overnight?
Perhaps...
They know something that people outside the company don't?
Maybe the firm's about to launch a hot new product or complete a substantial acquisition…
Or perhaps they're about to announce a HUGE earnings number during earnings season.
Personally, if I were CEO of a company about to do one of those, I'd scoop up a fat chunk of company stock, too.
I know what you're thinking: "Isn't this insider trading?"
Well… yeah, it is.
But it's not illegal, thanks to a tiny SEC loophole that most folks have no idea about.
When company insiders exploit this loophole correctly (and it's not hard to do), they can pour money into company stock right before it might take off and sell it all for absolutely massive gains.
Luckily, this same loophole lets you piggyback on these company insiders' trades.
Which means you too can ride the wave to enormous profit potential.
As a former JPMorgan VP, my buddy Ross Givens knows all about this sort of stuff.
I couldn't believe this was legal when he explained it to me.
I don't want to explain it here for fear of getting the details wrong.
I'm not the one with the high finance type of background — that's Ross...

To big profits and beyond,
