I feel like an idiot for doing this

I made a mistake. Oh well!………
Hello, Friend!

I'm sick.

How sick?

Here's a picture from last night…

I had one of those mobile IV companies come over and fill me up with… I don't know… something!

No, it's not "the C word" (I tested negative).

I'm just sick.

I felt it coming on, and tried to ignore it…

And pushed even harder than normal and got sicker.

I feel better today than last night, but I'm not anywhere close to 100%.

But, I was still able to find some great trades to send out to you!

And yes, I was able to find those trades from bed, on my phone.

I'm telling you this because it fits with one of the main themes I stress…

Trading and life are basically the same.

I pushed too hard.

I shouldn't have done that.

I should have "cut my losses", and taken a break.

You'd think I'd know this by now…

But you never stop learning.

You're never done.

And besides all that let's just be honest…

I'm a guy and guys are notorious for two things:

  • Ignoring their health
  • and acting like babies when they get sick (aka "man flu")

I totally ignored my health…

But I'm seriously not well right now.

The computer screen is hurting my eyes so I'm going to shut it down.

Let's re-cap what we've learned today:

I'm far from perfect, I need to take my own advice…

And you and I will never stop learning — in life, and in trading.

With that in mind, I'm going to put a link at the bottom of this email.

It's something I recorded before I got sick.

You should watch it.

I literally give away the step-by-step system I use to pick my personal daily stock trades.

OK… time for a Hot Toddy and a nap.

I love the heck out of you,

Rob
