Beware 3000 on S&P? We have been in this sub-3,000 neighborhood on and off for the past month. Every time we head lower it doesn't last and we spring back up to this level. Thus, it is becoming abundantly clear that the market wants to touch 3,000. The main question is what happens afterwards: Boom or Bust??? So that will be the focus of my commentary today.
