It has everything to do with your money
Let's talk about what's going on right now: We have a $2 trillion stimulus program in the U.S. and an unlimited quantitative easing program… What all this equals is an increase in the money supply -- the end goal is to get people to start spending money again to help boost the economy. While we don't have to worry about a supply problem like back in the 2008 financial crisis, what we do have is a demand issue… What's happening is that people do have the money, they just don't want to spend it. So what governments and central banks are essentially doing is shoving money into the pockets of consumers and businesses to keep stimulating the economy.
