| What's Happening With Roger Scott!? | Roger here… and I have no idea what's going on.
I just received a weird briefcase in the mail… wrapped in red tape… well actually not in the mail… someone actually delivered it in a limo.
My first concern: A limo has NEVER come here to the office… so I know something is up.
My second concern: I have no idea WHO delivered this, or to WHOM this briefcase even belongs.
But that's not all… some other bizarre events are taking place.
My good friend Josh Martinez just called me saying HE received something in the mail, too…

And while I'm sure most readers are familiar with the tensions between China and Taiwan, today's alert is about a completely different country...
India.
Chinese and Indian troops clashed along the border near Ladakh earlier this week. That's one of several skirmishes already this year – one that resulted in 20 casualties.
China has also been running new fiber and building up military positions in the Chumbi Valley near the border of India and Bhutan, along the so-called "Line of Actual Control"...
