Right after one of my students compared my way of explaining the financial markets and day trading to the way John Wooden embraced his training sessions with his athletes, I started to read about impactful and incredible coaches. Because learning from the 'Greats' makes you a better person.
That's how I stumbled on Vince Lombardi. Another GREAT who was considered one of the best American Football coaches of all time.
A true inspiration.
Still to this day, he has more accolades than most coaches. He worked with some of the best football heroes of all time.
Here's something that truly moved me and allowed me to reinforce how focusing on the basics of day trading is truly the right way to go:
"Vince Lombardi took nothing for granted. He began a tradition of starting from scratch, assuming that the players were blank slates who carried over no knowledge from the year before…
