| Hey Trader, I was having my morning coffee the other day when I fell into a YouTube rabbit hole. I've researched real estate as an additional income stream before, so I look into the industry from time to time. But I've never pulled the trigger. So, as I'm watching this cross-section of millennials with slick video production vs. established real estate gurus with 20 to 30 years of experience, I notice something… They always make rental property look relatively "easy"... But the ROIs that they put out there just don't seem that attractive compared to the work you'd put in. Like I said, I've never dabbled in rentals… But it just so happens that I know a guy.
