The case for investing

Hey there!

I'm still on vacation with my family right now.

It's been a rough couple of days, my sweet daughter took a fall on a glass table and hurt herself. But she's doing okay! She's a tough cookie!

Even while I'm on vacation, I love to read and continue to teach myself things.

And the other day, I was reading a fascinating, but a little bit troubling article from Apple News.

It talked about how in 2020, there was a massive pullback in the size of the middle class around the world.

Like BIG time, 150 million people big.

And what surprised me is that the U.S. and North America weren't the hardest hit. It actually hit developing countries a lot harder.

That's a strange challenge for the world to deal with.

And obviously, the pandemic was a huge factor in this.

But what the story talked through is how all these different people were affected by the pandemic in different ways.

One story talked about how the price of meat was spiking…

Another shared the story of how cars were harder to afford.

A lot of people made their living off travel and tourism who couldn't make that living anymore for a full year.

It was a challenging read.

But it also inspired me, because I'm so thankful that the world is getting smarter to trading and investing.

More and more folks like this will find a way that they don't have to rely on anyone else to provide for themselves.

Trading is the path a lot of us can take to living a more fulfilling life without the stresses that make day-to-day living so challenging.

I'm not saying trading is a perfect fit for everyone and it's certainly not a get-rich-quick solution. It takes a lot of hard work!

But with a lot of work, and a little bit of help along the way, it really can help a lot of folks reclaim their life.

I hope you have an amazing weekend!
